About FormEver
 
FormEver creates bespoke sculptural keepsakes made individually for each client. Because every sculpture is personal and made to order, slight variations are part of the nature of the process.
By confirming an order with FormEver, you agree to the terms below.
 
Orders and payment
Your order is confirmed once the required booking payment or deposit stated in your quotation or invoice has been received.
The remaining balance and payment schedule will be communicated before production begins.
Production may only begin once the required information, selections and approvals have been received from you.
 
Your sculpture
Each FormEver sculpture is created individually from your captured body shape.
Before production, you will be asked to confirm important selections such as your chosen pose, sculpture size, collection and finish.
Once production has begun, changes may no longer be possible or may result in an additional cost.
 
Because the sculptures are individually created and hand-finished, small variations in colour, texture, patina and surface character may occur. These are not necessarily defects and are part of the handmade nature of the piece.
Colours may also appear slightly different on screens compared with the physical finish.
 
Lead times
All production and delivery times provided by FormEver are estimates.
Certain pieces, particularly specialist metal finishes and cast-bronze sculptures, involve external artisans, foundries or imported materials and may require longer lead times.
We will keep you informed should a material delay affect your order.
 
Cancellations and refunds
Because FormEver sculptures are bespoke and made specifically for each client, we do not accept returns or provide refunds if a change of mind occurs. 
Any cancellation before production begins will be handled according to the booking and payment terms supplied with your order.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under South African consumer law.
If your sculpture is defective, damaged, materially different from what was agreed, or otherwise does not meet the standards required by law, please contact us so that we can assess the matter and arrange an appropriate remedy.

Delivery and collection
Where delivery is selected, sculptures will be carefully packaged before being handed to the courier.
Please inspect your sculpture as soon as possible after delivery and let us know promptly if there is any visible transit damage. Photographs of the packaging and sculpture may be requested so that we can assist with a courier claim.
Alternatively, collection arrangements may be made directly with FormEver.
 
Care of your sculpture
Your sculpture is a decorative art piece and should be handled with care.
Care instructions may differ depending on the chosen finish. Damage resulting from dropping, misuse, incorrect cleaning, unsuitable placement or alterations made after delivery is not considered a manufacturing defect.
 
Privacy and use of images
Your photographs, 3D capture, digital model and finished sculpture will remain private unless you separately give FormEver permission to use them publicly.
Marketing consent is entirely optional and is not a condition of purchasing a FormEver sculpture.
 
Intellectual property
All FormEver branding, website content, photographs and original creative material remain the intellectual property of FormEver unless otherwise stated.
A purchased sculpture is intended for your personal use and may not be commercially reproduced, copied or manufactured without written permission from FormEver.
 
Website information
We take care to ensure that information on our website is accurate and current. However, collections, finishes, pricing, availability and lead times may occasionally change.
Any final quotation or order confirmation issued directly to you will take precedence over general website information relating to your particular order.
