At FormEver, we understand that creating a sculpture from your body is a deeply personal experience. We treat your information, images and digital files with care, discretion and respect.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we may collect, why we collect it and how we protect it.

When you enquire, book a session or place an order with FormEver, we may collect information such as your:
 

• name and contact details

• appointment and order information

• billing and delivery details

• chosen sculpture size, collection and finish

• photographs or reference images you choose to provide

• 3D capture and digital sculpture files created as part of your FormEver experience

• correspondence with us
   

Our website may also collect basic technical information such as browser information, device information and cookies used to operate and improve the website.

How we use your information
 

We use your information only where necessary to:
 

• respond to enquiries

• manage appointments and orders

• create, refine and produce your sculpture

• process payments and deliveries

• communicate with you about your order

• keep appropriate business and accounting records

• improve our services and website
   

We will never use photographs, videos, your 3D capture or your finished sculpture for advertising, social media or other public marketing without your separate permission.

Your images and sculpture files
 

Your privacy is especially important to us.
 

Any photographs, 3D captures and digital files created during your FormEver experience are treated as confidential and are used only for the creation and fulfilment of your sculpture unless you have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Permission to use images or sculptures for marketing will always be requested separately. Choosing not to give marketing permission will not affect your order or experience in any way.
 

Sharing your information
 

We do not sell your personal information.

Where necessary, limited information may be shared with trusted service providers involved in fulfilling your order, such as payment providers, couriers, website or cloud-service providers, specialist finishers or foundry partners.

We only share information that is reasonably required for that purpose.

Some technology or service providers may process information outside South Africa. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure that appropriate privacy safeguards are in place.
 

How we protect your information
 

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure.

We also aim to retain personal information only for as long as it is reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected, our contractual obligations or applicable legal requirements.
